Effective 1 January 2026
Terms of Service & Refund Policy
These terms cover any paid work you do with us: our programs, coaching, consulting, 1:1 work, custom engagements, and other services. Please read the refund policy (section 5) and the Everbrave Guarantee (section 6) closely, they define how we handle results and money.
1. Who you're contracting with
These terms are between you and Str8up Digital LLC, doing business as Everbrave Growth (“Everbrave”, “we”, “us” and “our”). “You” means the person or organisation that buys or uses any of our paid work, which we call a “Programme”. Reach us at hello@everbrave.co.
2. Agreeing to these terms
When you buy a Programme, or start working with us, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t buy. If you’re buying for an organisation, you confirm you’re allowed to bind it.
3. What you're buying
Our Programmes are coaching, consulting, and educational services. You’re paying for our guidance, our materials, our time, and access to the work. You are not paying for a specific outcome. Your results depend on you: on the work you do, the decisions you make, and how you show up. We give you the map and we walk it with you. We can’t walk it for you.
4. Payment
Prices are shown at the point of sale and are payable in the currency stated.
If you choose a payment plan, you’re committing to the full price. Each instalment falls due on schedule whether or not you keep attending or doing the work. Stopping does not stop the instalments.
5. Refund policy: all sales are final
We don’t give refunds. This is deliberate, and it comes from how transformation actually works.
When you commit with your money, you commit to yourself. Asking for a refund is asking us to help you uncommit to yourself, and that’s the one thing we won’t do to you.
You are responsible for your own transformation. We provide the guidance, the structure, the materials, and our full commitment to you. What you do with them is yours. We can’t refund the work you didn’t do, the sessions you didn’t show up for, or a change of mind. A refund would mean charging us for your effort. That was never the agreement.
So, once you buy a Programme, your payment is non-refundable. This includes deposits, instalments already paid, and the balance owing on a payment plan.
We can hold this line because we don’t leave you with nothing if things don’t land. Instead of a refund, you get the Everbrave Guarantee below. That is the remedy we offer in place of a refund.
Your legal rights still stand. Nothing here removes rights you have under the law that can’t be signed away. In South Africa, the Consumer Protection Act gives consumers certain rights a contract cannot exclude, which may include a short cooling-off period for sales made through direct marketing, and the right to services of a reasonable standard. If you buy from outside South Africa, you may have similar rights where you live. Where those rights apply, they apply, and this policy is read subject to them.
6. The Everbrave Guarantee
We stand behind our work. Our promise:
If you followed our instructions and did the work, and you still don’t get the result your Programme promised, we keep working with you at no extra cost until you do.
How it works:
- The guarantee is a make-good of more work with us: more coaching, sessions, or support toward the promised result. It is never a refund and never a payment of money to you.
- We’re guaranteeing our continued commitment to the result. We are not guaranteeing a specific income figure, revenue number, or outcome by a fixed date. Transformation isn’t a vending machine.
- “The result your Programme promised” means the specific outcome we set out in writing for your Programme at the start. For a custom engagement, 1:1, or consulting, that’s the outcome named in your proposal or scope. It doesn’t mean an expectation you formed on your own.
To qualify, you followed our instructions.Within your Programme’s timeframe, that means you:
- attended your sessions (missing no more than two),
- completed the assignments and exercises we set,
- put the work into practice, and can show us you did,
- raised problems with us during the Programme, not only at the end, and
- stayed current on payment.
How to claim. Within 30 days of your Programme ending, email hello@everbrave.coand ask to invoke the guarantee. We’ll review what you completed, together. If you followed our instructions above, we agree a continuation plan and keep going with you toward the promised result. If key parts weren’t done, the guarantee doesn’t apply, and we’ll show you exactly what’s missing so you can finish it.
This guarantee is the only remedy we offer if a Programme doesn’t deliver the promised result. It is given instead of any refund.
7. No promise of specific results
Our work can be powerful, and different people get different results. We don’t promise any specific income, revenue, or life outcome, and nothing on our site or in our materials should be read as that kind of promise. Stories and examples show what has been possible for others, not what you’re guaranteed. Coaching and consulting are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
8. Chargebacks
If something’s wrong, talk to us first. That’s what the guarantee is for. Starting a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider instead of contacting us is a breach of these terms. If a dispute is raised, we’ll respond with a copy of these terms, your agreement to them, and a record of what was delivered.
9. Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction. If you’re a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove any rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country that can’t be contracted out of.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The version that applies to you is the one published when you buy. Questions: hello@everbrave.co.
