Our story

We left the agency world looking for this.

Latisha and I were good at what we did. She had the gift for people: developing them, helping them find fulfillment and joy. I had the systems, the leadership, the CEO clarity. And we both felt the same thing, a slow death. We couldn't name what was next. We just knew this wasn't it.

So we wandered. We tried courses, worked with coaches, did the programs built to help us find our purpose. People around us saw two agency owners and couldn't understand what we were searching for. It took us three years and nine versions of an offer to get here. Nine versions.

Then it clicked. Our gifts lined up behind one offer: her gift for people, my systems and leadership, one thing that lit us up and mattered. The whole business made sense, because the offer finally matched who we actually are. That changed everything.

We're Andrew and Latisha Govender. We learned the difference between talking about awakening and living it, the hard way, and started building the institution we couldn't find, in the open, with our own lives as the proof.
