    If it feels like a fit, we set a time for a discovery call. We map the path to your next level together, and see if we're the right fit for each other.

Hi, I'm Latisha.

I have been guiding people for over a decade, and the people I work with tend to stay for years.

I trained as a birth doula, an end of life doula and a counsellor. I have sat in the rooms most people never sit in, and I work from the body first.

Today I work with high performers leading families, teams and companies across the UK, the US, Dubai and South Africa. I'm also a mother of three, which keeps all of it honest.
