Father. Husband. Provider. All of it is leadership.

I'm a father, a husband, and I run a business. I'm living this right now, every day. Being a great father, a great husband and a great provider is one job, and that job is leadership: taking accountability, being decisive, and trusting yourself.

Most of us were never taught that. I wasn't. I had to figure it out with a wife and kids in the house and a business that needed me every day. That's what I mentor other men in. And it isn't all serious. A man who leads his life gets to play in it too.
